You can conduct most of your financial transactions from

at night, weekend or a public holiday. PHONE LINK allows you,
with one easy call, to:
- obtain up to minute account balances
- BPAY® bill paying service for registered users
- check whether your pay has arrived into your account
- check the last 10 transactions
- transfer money between accounts
- check if a personal cheque has been presented
- find out the interest earned on your accounts for your
tax return
- change your access password
- redirect your call to a manual operator (business hours
only)
PHONE LINK will answer all incoming telephone calls to the
Credit Union and during business hours you will also be given
the option to speak to a staff member. All PHONE LINK transactions
are free of charge.
What do I need to access PHONE LINK?
1. You will need a touch tone phone (most digital mobile phones
are also suitable)
2. Your membership number; and
3. Your access code after you have registered.
How do I register for PHONE LINK?
Simply call our office on 03 9478 8222 to
arrange access.
Passwords
1. Passwords are numeric combinations.
2. Your initial password will be issued by the Credit Union. You will
be directed to change this password to one of your choosing
on first time use.
Unauthorised Use of Telephone or Internet Banking
To report an unauthorised EFT transaction made via BPAY®,
Direct Link Internet or Phone Link telephone banking or your
PIN, secret code or if your password has become known to someone
else:
