Credit Union Code of Practice

Credit Union Code of Practice

La Trobe University Credit Union is committed to acting with members' interests at heart. As part of our ongoing commitment we strive to meet a high level of regulatory and self-regulatory compliance.
The Credit Union Code of Practice (the Code) seeks to foster good relations between credit unions and their members. Credit unions have adopted the Code as a binding self-regulatory standards on service, disclosure and conduct.

The Code describes standards of good practices and service, promotes informed relationships between members and their credit unions, and requires credit unions to have procedures in place for resolving disputes with members.
